Outstanding management experience in leading multinational and local companies such as Procter & Gamble, La Fabril, The Gillette Company and the Peruvian Private Pension Association, in executive roles for different Latin American markets: Chile, Guatemala, Peru and Uruguay. Extensive experience on evaluation and training of Independent Board Members and Board Member in various industries.
